John Hunt of Lyndon, co Rutland (d 17 Mar 1585/6) by his wife Amice
Cave "Amy" "Anne" (Bur 3 Jun 1599 at Lyndon) had at least or exactly
eight children.
Amice Cave is a Cecil 3 so the below do***ent is very interesting.
Evidently these are, at least part of, the family reps 30 years
later.

[from Scope and Content] Articles of Agreement for Sage: (a) Edward
Hunt of Lynden, co. Rutland, esq., (b) Valentyne Saunders of Chiswick,
co. Middle***, esq.: agreement between the said parties whereby the
said Edward Hunt and Anne Hunt of Lynden, widow and mother of the said
Edward and Thomas Hunt and John Hunt, brothers of the said Edward
shall before the 20th June next following convey to the said Valentyne
Saunders:- (a) manor of LYNDEN with all its members lying in the
county of Rutland (b) advowson of rectory, parsonage and church of
LYNDEN (c) one yardland in LYNDEN lately purchased by the said Edward
Hunt from Richard Halford of Edith Weston and known as Wymarkes
yardland (d) all other manors, messuages, etc., in LYNDEN whereof they
have any freehold except (i) the estate made to the said Anne of
Irelandes house and (ii) other lands mentioned in the Tripartite
Indenture made 19 (?) May 5 Charles I between (a) Edward Hunt and Anne
Hunt (b) Thomas Levytt and Robert Kirkham, esqs. (c) Edward Phillips
and William Cooke and Thomas Hunt and John Hunt.
