The genealogical history of the Earls of Norfolk under the Bigods
(modern spelling of Begott?) can be seen in Charles Cawley's Medieval
Lands under Foundation for Medieval Genealogy:
http://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/ENGLISH%20NOBILITY%20MEDIEVAL.htm#_Toc18671=
6609
Not 100% rock-solid but information is useful to research and figure
out who was really related or married to. A word of caution: there
were several Roger Bigods in this genealogical history, so read
carefully.
I thought the full name in itself is funny. Imagine calling out that
name: Roger Bigod! Ha.
