Emailing them is just about useless.
You're better off calling the toll free number when you have a
problem/complaint..

You have to phone them, before the renew date to cancel.  Do NOT
email.  It's not enough to cancel. You HAVE to call.  If you don't
call, it will auto renew.

HeritageQuest has the census.  Its indexing is 'different' than
Ancestry.  BUT, depending on your library, you may be able to get it
for free and use it at home.  You have to have a library card.

        http://www.eogen.com/HeritageQuestOnline

If yours is not listed, call your local or county library and check
with them.
