The large pro****tion of Dutch names in the message, along with
"Western Cape" and "GSSA," certainly led me to surmise that South
Africa was likely to be the location.  Perhaps the fact that we
Americans so regularly play the same trick on the rest of the world
has sensitized me to such occurrences.
